Made with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from the vineyard site location Castellizzano in Treiso. Directions North-West. Average yield 50 hl \/ ha. Planting year 2000. Altitude 400 mt.<\/p>\n

WINE<\/strong>
\nVinification in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 28 degrees for 6-7 days<\/p>\n

AGEING<\/strong>
\n5\/6 months in used French oak barrels<\/p>\n

TASTING NOTES<\/strong>
\nRuby red color with garnet. Fine, delicate, persistent and characteristic with hints of berries. Pleasantly bitterish, velvety good complexity, fresh and persistent.<\/p>\n

AT THE TABLE<\/strong>
\nEntrees of meat and vegetables, fondue with truffles, agnolotti, white meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve at 18\u00b0<\/p>\n
