DESCRIPTION
100% Nebbiolo from the Piazzola parcel of the Gallina vineyard in Neive, planted in 1975. Yield: 40-45 hl/ha. Altitude: 210-233 m. Production: 3,800-6,600 bottles. First vintage released: 2020.
WINEMAKING
Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 25 °C, with pump-overs every 4 hours and délestage halfway through fermentation.
AGEING
18-24 months in a 25 hl Slavonian oak cask.
